Freedom of speech :IIPM and Gaurav Sabnis issue
After listening to current IIPM and Gaurav Sabnis issue . Even though i support Gaurav in his noble cause to I started to think whether one person has got right to speak against another person to a third person or to other group of persons.
If one has got the right to say anything about another person , then i believe people in the world would start misusing it .
Consider the other way round of the same issue between Gaurav Sabnis issue some one for some personal gains tells negative things about gaurav sabnis in his blog , wouldnt he mind if people started to speak about him without actually knowing the facts and has already prejudice
Can this be justifed . I believe if some has got problems about someone or some institute and has got proof the proper way is to fight in court of law, Again you people might think I am supporting IIPM,but thats not true .
Consider the case when we all thought sonia gandhi was going to next prime minister, Ppl started to forward lots of mail against her . They even went upto her educational qualification being false .
There are various incidents like this where i believe some person might have started for their one personal interest.
After having a heated discussion along with my friend onthis topic i thought I will prove to my friend about indian consititution does not allow to speak againt some one . however I could find only few things in support of my word
Like article 19 on indian constitution does allow an indian to speak howeevr it does not allow a person to speak if
It affect the operation of any existing law, or prevent the State from making any law, in so far as such law imposes reasonable restrictions on the exercise of the right conferred by the said sub-clause in the interests of the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality, or in relation to contempt of court, defamation or incitement to an offence
No citizen shall, on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them, be subject to any disability, liability, restriction or condition with regard
I dont mind a person expressing support to a person for the good things he has done . However when it comes to saying against a person then please make sure the you have the right evidence to prove it .Also please do fight in court or law as discussion like this will go on for ever and no result will come out of it .

I respect your opinion, but if IIPM hasn't done anything wrong or has proof which could prove that Gaurav and Rashmi are incorrect, they should simply release it to the press or their website and nobody will point out a finger on them.
If I claim on my blog that you have six fingers on your right hand and no girl should marry you (sorry don't know your sex, it could be a boy too), would you issue me a legal notice or would you simply post a picture of your hand on your blog?
As simple as that...
Firstly i would ignore these comments , however If its really affecting my life like no girl is going to marry me only for the said reason I would definately send you a legal notice my friend and ask for an explaination over there
It remains to be seen if the IIPM mail was just an empty threat or they seriously plan to go to the courts. I seriously doubt the latter.

I dont think you know completely about the issue or about the freedoom of speech or about what blogging is. Better understand everything before jumping in to say your words.
